Thank you for your interest in a Trade Account. Please review the Terms and Conditions below, then confirm your acceptance of the terms and press continue to complete the Trade Application form.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF GOODS to Trade Account Customers
These terms and conditions apply to accounts resident in the UK.
02. Order Confirmation:
Customers will receive an order acknowledgement by E-mail.
03. Delivery:
Delivery will be by Parcel Force normally within of 3-5 working days.
04. Product list and Prices:
The Katy Sue Designs trade account product list is available upon request once customer trade status has been confirmed.
05. Minimum Order Size:
The minimum order size is £50.00 exclusive of delivery charges. To open an account the minimum first order is £100.00.
06. Payment:
Invoices for goods and delivery charges must be paid for prior to shipment. Payment can be made by:
a) Debit/Credit card
b) Wire/ Bank transfers to Katy Sue Designs Ltd.
07. Delivery Charges:
Delivery will be charged at £6.99(UK mainland) for orders up to a value of £100. Orders above £100 in value will be delivered free. Orders to none UK territories are quoted per order.
08. Shortages:
Goods should be checked for quantity upon receipt and the delivery note signed accordingly. Any
Shortages should be notified to Flower Soft immediately. Full credit will be given for shortages notified in accordance with this procedure.
09. Damages:
Full credit will be given for any product found damaged on receipt by the buyer. Flower Soft will
not accept any claim for damages if notified more than one working day after the time of delivery to the buyer.
10. Discounts:
Order amount (exc. VAT):
£500-£999: 5%
£1000-£1999: 10%
£2000+: 15% (all discounts excluding offers)
The web site applies discounts automatically.
11. What is the criteria for becoming a trade customer?
Criteria to open a Trade account is that you should be a bricks and mortar store or be a VAT registered business. We do not suplly ebay only stores.
